This Messaging Privacy Policy explains how Ball Law Group (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with text messages we send at a caller’s request during appointment/consultation intake (the “Messaging Program”).

1. What We Collect
   If you authorize us during a phone call to send you a payment link by SMS, we may collect:

• Your mobile phone number

• Your consent/authorization to text you (recorded as part of our intake notes)

• Delivery and interaction data (e.g., delivery confirmations, timestamps)

2. How We Use Information
   We use this information to:

• Send the requested payment link by SMS for consultation fees or deposits

• Send related administrative messages (e.g., payment confirmation/receipt, or scheduling logistics if needed)

• Maintain records of consent and program activity for compliance and customer support

3. Sharing of Information
   No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may use service providers to deliver the text message and process payments (for example, SMS and payment processing vendors). These providers may receive information only as needed to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
