Messaging Terms of Use (SMS) — Payment Links

These Messaging Terms apply to SMS messages sent by Ball Law Group (“we,” “us,” “our”) when a caller requests an appointment/consultation and authorizes us to send a payment link by text message.

1. Program Description
   If you book an appointment or consultation by phone, we may offer to text you a payment link to pay the required consultation fee or deposit. By verbally authorizing us during the call to text the link to your mobile number, you agree to receive one or more text messages for this purpose. Message frequency may vary.

2. Message and Data Rates
   Message and data rates may apply.

   Reply HELP for help, or contact:

4. Opt Out
   Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you will no longer receive texts from us unless you authorize texting again.

5. Consent
   Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may choose an alternative payment method by asking us during the call.
